Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all artisan tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
